OXFORD, Ohio -

The 2008 women's cross country team held their first practice under new head coach Rita Arndt-Molis on Tuesday afternoon at the George L. Rider Track.

Arndt-Molis takes over a RedHawk team that finished third in the Mid-American Conference Championships in 2007 and returns three of its top-four finishers, including MAC individual champion, junior Laura Neufarth.

The 2008 women's cross country schedule will be released later this week and will be posted on MURedHawks.com.
