TERRE HAUTE, Ind. - Miami University sophomore Laura Neufarth finished 82nd at the 2007 Women's Cross Country Championships on Monday afternoon at Indiana State University.

Neufarth (Centreville, Ohio) ended the 6K race in 21:25.7 with a 6:51 split at the 2K mark and a 14:01 split at the 4K mark.

Texas Tech's Sally Kipyego took the NCAA individual title in 19:30.9, while Stanford University won the team title with a low score of 145.

Neufarth ends the 2007 cross country season as the Mid-American Conference individual champion and won the first six races of the season.
