2009 Cross Country: Ran in first four races of the season ... top 6K time came at the Spartan Invitational in 23:31 where she placed 45th overall and seventh on the team ... was sixth on the team and 14th overall in her first collegiate race at the Dayton 5K in a season-best time of 18:55 ... also finished sixth on the team and 87th overall at the All-Ohio Championship.

High School: Earned four letters in both cross country and track under head coach Scott Popoff ... set high school's record in cross country 5K with a time of 18:24 ... also set 3200m school record (10:52) ... helped set school and conference record in the 4x800m relay as a junior with a time of 9:33 ... personal best in the 1600m was 5:03 and in the 800m was 2:23 ... named All-Ohio in cross country all four years, finishing sixth as a junior and 13th as a senior at the state meet ... named high school's MVP for cross country and long-distance track all four years ... earned Academic All-Greater Miami Conference honors for both cross country and track from 2007-2009 ... as a sophomore, was the 3200m regional champ and finished fourth at state, earning All-Ohio and Academic All-Ohio honors ... also named All-Ohio as a junior and senior in track, finishing fourth and seventh, respectively, in the 3200m ... named a Cincinnati Enquirer Cross Country All-Star all four years ... participated in Mideast Regional Championship as member of Team Ohio in cross country and Midwest Meet of Champions on Team Ohio in track as a senior (team Ohio took first place in track).
