2005-06: Cross Country -- Participated in Miami's first seven races ... top team finish was fourth at the season-opening Dayton Flyer 5K Challenge (Sept. 3) ... best overall finish was 17th at the Dayton Flyer 5K Challenge ... turned in best 5K time of the season (19:30) at the Cedarville Invitational (Sept. 17) where she helped Miami win the team title ... ran three other sub-20 minute times in the 5K ... top 6K time of the year (23:46) came at the Pre-NCAA meet (Oct. 15).
2004-05: Cross Country -- Competed in all seven meets ... finished third among the team in her first five races ... top 5K time was 18:52 at both the Miami Invitational and Cedarville Invite ... at the MAC Championships, finished fourth on the team, 36th overall in 19:17 ... at the 6K NCAA Great Lakes Regional, finished seventh on the team, 135th overall in 23:13.4. Indoor Track and Field -- Competed in six meets, running the 1600, mile and 3000 meters ... top time between the 1600 and mile was at the Ball State meet, finishing fifth in 5:12.8 ... top 3K time was at the MAC Championships, finishing 18th in 10:22.71. Outdoor Track and Field -- Did not compete during the outdoor season.
High School: Ran the 5K, mile and two-mile races at Visitation Academy in St. Louis ... as a senior, finished third in the state in cross country before winning the state mile race ... as a junior, was the state runner-up in the mile.
Personal: Daughter of Peggy and Joe Frisella, and sister Alison is a junior at Miami ... majoring in accounting.
