2008-09: Cross Country -- Competed in four of the RedHawks' six races (one open) ... did not participate at the conference or regional meet ... top finish was 23rd at the Dayton 5K in 19:33 ... posted a season-best 6K time of 23:21 at the Cowboy Jamboree. Track and Field -- Competed in two races during the outdoor season ... clocked in at 5:03.2 in the 1500m at the Stan Lyon Invitational ... placed second in the 10,000m at the All-Ohio Championships in 38:38.49, the second-best time by a RedHawk on the season ... ran four races indoors ... finished ninth in the 3,000m at the Kent State Duals with a time of 10:58.67 ... placed seventh in the 5,000m at the GVSU Big Meet in 18:39.21.
High School: Placed eighth in the 3200m at the Alabama 4A-6A Championships with a time of 11:35.33 ... ran a 11:32.79 in the 3200m at sectionals ... set a personal best of 11:31.20 in the 3200m at the King of the Mountain Invitational ... in cross country, she ran a personal best of 11:34.80 in the two mile at the Mobile Challenge of Champions ... had a personal best of 18:36.38 in the three mile ... ran the 5000m in 19:01.53 at the Alabama Cross Country Championships.
