High School: Finished seventh at the Illinois Cross Country state championship as a senior with her career-best effort (14:27) ... placed third in the Illinois State Track Championships in the 800 meters (2:13.51), after placing seventh in the 1600 meters her junior year. Ceronie's Comment's: "Jenny was much more a miler and cross country runner through her senior track season. She started to focus on the 800 and her improvement was impressive. She went from running 2:17's at the beginning of the season to 2:13's at the state meet. Her improvement in the 800 meters indicates that she will be able to run a very fast 1500.
