At Miami: During the indoor season, ran a career-best time of 57.95, moving her to sixth all-time indoors at Miami ... also ran a leg of the 4x400 Relay which placed sixth at the MAC Championship and moved to third all-time at Miami ... redshirted during outdoor season. High School: Indiana state champion as a junior in the 400 meters finishing undefeated - as a senior finished third in the state meet winning conference, sectional and regional titles - qualified for state meet all 4 years of high school. Ceronie's Comment's: "Erica did a very nice job in high school coming out of nowhere as a junior to win the state championship. She had another fine year this past indoor season. While it was a difficult decision to redshirt her during the outdoor season, I am confident it will pay dividends in the future. We will count on Erica to step up this year and be a leader in the long sprint races."
