Neufarth and Hollander Go 2-4 in 5K at Owens Classic

COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Miami University women's track and field team began competition at the Jesse Owens Track Classic at Ohio State University on Friday.
Laura Neufarth and Rebekah Hollander took second and fourth, respectively, in the 5,000 meters with times of 17:19.93 and 17:33.69.
Jessica DeWitt was 16th in the 3,000-meter steeplechase with a time of 11:28.36.
Day Two of the Jesse Owens Track Classic get underway tomorrow at 3:30 p.m. at Jesse Owens Stadium.
