Neufarth Wins 10,000 meters at All-Ohio Championships

CINCINNATI, Ohio - The Miami University women's track and field team began competition at the All-Ohio Championships on Friday at the University of Cincinnati, winning one event and earning two top-5 finishes for a total of 21 team points.
Laura Neufarth won the 10,000 meters, finishing in 36:01.62.
Jessica DeWitt finished third in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, ending in 11:31.09, while Erin Frazer took fourth in the javelin with a throw of 123-8.
The remaining events of the All-Ohio Championships take place tomorrow on the UC campus with events beginning at 9:15 a.m.
