Final Stats

A few of Miami's track and field women continued to show their capability against some of the nation's top competition at the Adidas Raleigh Relays hosted by North Carolina State on Friday.

Junior Andrea Kremer (Indianapolis, Ind./Bishop Chatard) led the way for Miami by placing fifth out of 150 runners in the 5000-meter run with a time of 16:35.00. Only one other collegiate runner beat Kremer in the longest distance run. Senior Kylee Studer (Edgerton, Ohio/Edgerton) placed 38th in the same race.

Junior Erika Harper (Bedford, Ohio/Bedford) also had a strong performance for the RedHawks by placing 12th out of 139 runners in the 400-meter dash with a 0:56.03 time.

Junior Erin Connolly (Springfield, Ohio/Shawnee) was the third Red and White runner to finish in the top-15. Connolly took 15th out of 103 runners with a time of 0:14.24 in the 100-meter hurdles.

The rest of the RedHawks will be opening the Mid-American Conference season at Ball State on Saturday while seven Miami runners continue at the Adidas Raleigh Relays.
