2010-11: Honorable Mention All-America ... NCAA Championships Qualifier ... First-Team All-MAC (outdoors) ... Indoors, competed only in the shot put, doing so at five meets ... placed eighth in the shot put at the MAC Indoor Championships with a personal-best heave of 13.39m/43-11.25 ... improved her shot put distance at each meet, taking fourth at the Ball State Quadrangular (12.78m/41-11.25). Outdoors, qualified for the NCAA Championships in the javelin, finishing 20th with a throw of 44.53m/146-1 ... earned a spot at the NCAA meet by finishing seventh at the NCAA East Prelims with a heave of 47.36m/155-4 ... won the javelin at the MAC Outdoor Championships with a throw of 48.99m/160-8 ... set the school record in the javelin at the season-opening Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational with a toss of 49.91m/163-9, which earned her first place ... also won the javelin at the Missouri Relays (44.11m/144-8), the Miami Invitational (48.61m/159-5) and the RedHawk Invitational (41.01m/134-6) ... was the runner-up in the javelin at the Polytan Invitational (41.69m/136-9) ... fired top six javelin throws in school history (post-1999 under the new rule) ... also competed some in the shot put, posting a season-best throw of 13.30m/43-7.75 at the Vanderbilt meet to take fourth place ... finished 10th in the shot put at the MAC Outdoor Championships (12.71m/41-8.5).

Personal: Born in July of 1992 in McKeesport, Pa. ... daughter of Kathy and Greg Paterra ... father (Greg) played football for Slippery Rock University and played in the NFL for the Buffalo Bills, Atlanta Falcons and Detroit Lions ... a sport studies major.
