2008 Cross Country: Second-Team All-MAC... was Miami's top runner early in the season... won the Dayton 5K and finished fourth at the Spartan Invite (season best 21:45 in the 6K)... placed eighth at the MAC Championship(17:29.5)... was 39th at the Great Lakes Regional... missed the pre-national meet with an injury. 2007-08: Cross Country -- MAC Individual Champion... First-Team All-MAC... All-Ohio Division I Female Runner of the Year... won the MAC Championship meet at Central Michigan with a time of 17:35... qualified for the NCAA Championships at Indiana State, where she ran a 21:25.7 in the 6K race, finished 82nd... finished fifth at the NCAA Regional Championships at Indiana University... was the individual champion at each of the first six meets of the season, earning a spot in Sports Illustrated's "Faces in the Crowd"... led the RedHawks to four meet championships. Track and Field -- Second-Team All MAC... indoors, had limited participation, yet finished first in the 5000m at the All Ohio Championships (16:59.82) and again at the MAC Indoor Championships (16:52.77) while also adding a second place finish in the 3000m (9:45.89)... outdoors, was first at the Southern Ohio Cup and second at the Miami Team Challenge... at the All Ohio Championship, she ran the 10,000m and finished first with a time of 36:01.62... ended the season finishing second in the 5000m at the Jesse Owens Track Classic and second again at the MAC Outdoor Championships with a time of 17:34.20.

2006-07: Cross Country -- Competed as a walk-on runner for Ohio State University... finished 61st in the 2006 Big Ten Cross Country Championships as a Buckeye

2005-06: did not compete as a freshman at Ohio State University.

High School: Competed in cross country and track and field for four years at Centerville High School... set a personal record of 18:42 in the 5K... set the state record in the 3,000 meter steeplechase... won four Ohio State Championships in cross country... won the state championship as a member of the Elk 4x800-meter relay team... four-time state championship qualifier... first-team All-Ohio honoree... four-time team most valuable runner... first team all-area and all-district.
