2008 Cross Country: First-team All-Mid-American Conference... competed in all six races... placed sixth at the MAC Championship with a time of 17:19.0... placed ninth at the Dayton 5K... was second on the team at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional with a time of 22:02.5 (30th overall).
2007-08: Track and Field: Second-team All-MAC... indoor, competed in the one-mile run... first at the Eastern Illinois Mega Meet (5:03.52), also finished 2nd in the 1000m... second at the Tom Wright Classic (5:05.81), also finished 3rd in the 800m... top 10 finish at the MAC Indoor Championships (5:05.61)... outdoor, competed primarily in the 1500m... finished first at the Southern Ohio Cup in the 1500m and 800m with times of 4:41.54 and 2:16.73, respectively... finished second at the Miami Team Challenge and All Ohio Championships (4:35.52, 4:36.16)... finished second at the MAC Outdoor Championship in the 1500m with a time of 4:43.00... season best time of 4:34.70 recorded at the Jesse Owens Track Classic, top 10 finish. Cross Country: Competed in the season-opener, the Dayton 5K Challenge, where she finished 19th with a time of 19:20
2006-07: Cross Country -- Competed in five of Miami's seven meets... finished sixth on the team and 69th overall at the MAC meet (22:31)... finished in Miami's scoring five at the Pre-NCAA Invitational (Oct. 14) and Great Lakes Regional (Oct. 28)... ran season-best 5K time of 19:37 at the season-opening Dayton Flyer Invitational (Sept. 2)... turned in top 6K time of 23:17 at the Pre-NCAA meet. Track and Field -- Indoors, turned in season-best time in the mile (5:06.61) at the MAC Championships, where she finished ninth... added season-best time in the 800 meters (2:23.26) at the Bowling Green Invitational... also competed on the distance medley relay team, which placed seventh at the conference meet... outdoors, ran team-best time in the 800 meters (2:16.71) at the Billy Hayes Invitational... registered team-best time in the 1,500 meters (4:39.99) at the Duke Invitational... placed 14th in the 1,500 meters (4:46.78) at the MAC Outdoor Championships.
High School: Four-year letterwinner in both cross country and track and field... honored as an all-conference, all-region and all-state runner while at Nequa Valley... helped the Wildcats place ninth at the state cross country meet in 2002... member of the track and field team that placed sixth at the state meet in 2006... earned two letters in basketball as a guard.
