As a freshman - Walked on ... finished sixth in the heptathlon at the Hillsdale Relay ... ranks ninth in school history in the heptathlon with a 4,116.

High School - Qualified for the state championship as a junior and senior in four different events (long jump, high jump, 100 hurdles, 300 hurdles).

Ceronie’s Comments - “Catie is a very talented individual who has just started to scratch the surface of her ability. I think Coach Richards did an excellent job with Catie last year, helping her understand the demands of the heptathlon and what is necessary for success in that event. She put together six solid events at the MAC Championship and should be one of the top multi-eventers in the conference this coming outdoor season.”
