2007-08: Took sixth place in the MAC Outdoor Championships in the 400-meter dash with a season-best time of 56.17... was part of the 4X400-meter relay team that took fifth at the outdoor MAC Championships... helped set a new school record in the 4x400-meter indoor relay.
2006-07: Miami's top sprinter in the 200 and 400 meters... indoors, turned in team-best and season-best time in the 200 meters (26.04) at the Rod McCravy Invitational... added team-best and season-best time in the 400 meters (54.63) at the MAC Championships, where she placed 10th in the preliminaries... ran a leg on both the 4x400 meter relay, which finished sixth at the MAC meet, an the distance medley relay, which placed seventh... outdoors, turned in career-best and team-best time in the 200 meters (24.78) at the Stan Lyons Invitational... added career-best and team-best time in the 400 meters (54.63) at the MAC Championships, where she placed sixth in the finals... also ran a leg on Miami's 4x400 meter relay team, which finished fifth at the conference meet... posted pair of wins, placing first in the 400 meters at the both the indoor and outdoor All-Ohio Championships.
2005-06: During the indoor season, notched two individual wins in the 400 meters at the Eastern Illinois Invitational and the Cedarville Open... top 200-meter time indoors came at the Cedarville Open (26.20)... top 400-meter time came at the Kentucky Invitational (58.08)... part of the 4x400 relay team that placed sixth at the MAC Indoor Championships... ran a leg on the distance medley relay team that placed sixth at the conference meet... outdoors, posted one win in the 400 meters at the Southern Ohio Cup... ran a leg on the 4x400 meter relay team that placed fourth at the MAC Outdoor Championships... also placed ninth in the 400-meter preliminaries... ran top outdoor times in the 200 meters (25.18) at the National City Invitational and in the 400 meters (55.92) at the Billy Hayes Invitational.
High School: Finished third in the 400 meters at the 2003 and 2004 Ohio Division I Championship with a top time of 56.10 seconds... during 2005, had one of the top times in the state until an injury forced her to miss the state meet.
Personal: Daughter of Scott and Amy Allen... majoring in exercise science.
