Bowling Green took the first point of the match winning at No. 2 and No. 3 doubles by scores of 8-4 and 8-6, respectively.

Sophomore Brintney Larson remained undefeated in MAC play, moving to 6-0 at No. 2 singles, winning in straight sets against BGSU's Christine Chiricosta, 6-2, 6-4.

Freshman Megan Martzolf topped BG's Jenna Nussbaum 6-2 in the first set at No. 4 singles before outlasting Nussbaum 7-6 (7-3) in the second set to pick up the win.

Senior Kelly Douple also upped her MAC singles record to 6-0 with a dominant 6-0, 6-2 win in the fifth flight against BG's Stefanie Menoff. Senior Victoria Pulido earned a 7-5, 6-3 win at No. 6 singles for the RedHawks against BG's Andrea Volle.

Miami returns to the courts Saturday at 1 p.m. to face Western Michigan in a battle between the only two undefeated teams in the MAC. The match is scheduled to be played at the Hepburn Varsity Courts on Miami's campus but could be moved to the Riverside Athletic Club due to weather.

The Broncos are coming off a 6-1 win at Ball State on Friday and enter Saturday's match with a 13-7 overall record and a 6-0 league mark. With one match remaining in the regular season after Saturday, the winner will assure itself the MAC regular-season title and the No. 1 seed conference tournament.
