Collegiate Skaters Take Home Victory At Midwestern Sectionals

PLYMOUTH, Mich. - The Miami University Collegiate Synchronized Skating team competed on Feb. 1-2 at the Midwestern Synchronized Team Skating Sectinal Championships. The RedHawks beat out teams from Michigan State, Illinois and Notre Dame by being awarded seven out of nine first-place ordinals in the competition.

The Miami Collegiate Synchronized Skating team completes its 2001-02 schedule this weekend at the U.S. National Championships in Lake Placid, N.Y. on Feb. 28-March 2.
