Tenth Annual Miami University Invitational
Dec. 5-7, 2003

Dear Coaches,

Miami University is proud to offer the Tenth Annual Miami University Invitational on December 5th, 6th, and 7th, 2003. Meet information, Hy-Tek meet entry, alternate entry forms(for those who do not have Hy-Tek), qualifying standards, and diving information.

On this website you will find all the necessary forms and downloads, as well as a visitor's guide with food and lodging options in Oxford.

A few notes on the basic procedures of the meet this year.

I. The 1650 will be limited to a maximum of 4 heats for the ladies and 4 heats for the men. Please read the meet information sheet for details on this and other event considerations.

II. If your team is planning on doing any type of time trials, we must know this as soon as possible. Please have all of the NCAA Proof of Performance Forms filled-out completely and accurately, so our meet referee can confirm the times and return them back to you before the end of the competition.

III. We would like entry fees ($350 for both teams or $175 for one team) to be sent to us before the meet begins. Please try to follow up with this request. Please make checks payable to Miami University.

IV. Keep in mind we are offering 10 meter platform diving and synchronized diving on Sunday evening. These will be a non-scoring events, however the platform event will be an official competition where divers may qualify for the NCAA regional meet.

Please send me your meet entries by the entry deadline, as it will make the meet set up go much more smoothly. We will also be trying to have as many schools as possible to use Hy-Tek that is included as a download on this site, as it will also smooth out the entry process. If you do not have Hy-tek it is still not necessary to mail me a copy of our alternative entry form, in fact I would prefer a fax or an e-mail delivery.
