2010-11: Earned All-MAC Academic Honorable Mention ... finished sixth in the 100-yard breaststroke, 14th in the 200-yard IM and 15th in the 200-yard breaststroke at the MAC Championships ... top returning swimmer in the 200 IM and 100 breaststroke ... claimed two first-place finishes during the season ... swam top times of 2:04.72 in the 200 IM, 24.34 in the 50 free, 53.23 in the 100 free, 59.39 in the 100 back, 1:03.29 in the 100 breast and 2:19.57 in the 200 breast.

2009-10: Established a freshman record in the 100 breast (1:03.28) ... at the MAC Championships, she placed seventh in the 100 breast and 10th in the 200 IM ... among RedHawk swimmers in 2009-10, she posted the second-fastest time in the 200 IM (2:05.46), the third-fastest clocking in the 50 free (23.60), the 100 free (51.48) and the 100 breast (1:03.28), and the fourth-fastest time in the 200 breast (2:21.18) ... she was a member of five first-place relay teams in 2009-10.

High School: Set seven high school records (50 freestyle, 100 backstroke, 100 breaststroke, 100 butterfly, 200 IM and 2 relays) ... four-time state qualifier ... four-time national YMCA qualifier ... overcame a broken neck and four months of immobilization and rehabilitation at the beginning of her senior year to finish 9th in the 100 breaststroke at the state championship meet after only two months of training ... enters with top times in 50 freestyle (24.44), 100 freestyle (53.18), 100 butterfly (59.08), 100 breaststroke (1:05.88), 200 breaststroke (2:21.76), 200 IM (2:08.08) and 100 backstroke (59.61).

Personal: Parents are Barry and Barb Arlinghaus ... born December 26, 1990 ... graduated high school with highest honors ... father, Barry, and three brothers, Dave, Joe, and Mike, all attended Miami ... a pre-med major.
