Final Stats

KENT, Ohio - The Miami University soccer team fell 2-0 in a heavy down pour at Kent State University on Friday afternoon, falling to 5-8-3 overall and 3-5-1 in the MAC.

Krista Pace had eight saves in goal for MU, while Sara Lund put four shots on goal. Julie Thompson had three shots on frame. Miami was barely outshot, 16-17, and held a 9-to-5 advantage in corner kicks.

Kent State got both of their scores in the first half, scoring first in the 25th minute and later in the 35th minute.

The RedHawks will travel to the University of Buffalo on Sunday for a 1 p.m. kick off with the Bulls.
