CLEVELAND - For the third straight week a Miami RedHawk has earned the honor of MAC Offensive Player of the Week for field hockey. Senior forward Mary Hull has taken home the honor this week, sharing the title with Melissa Lantz of Missouri State. This is the first playing honor for Hull this season. She was previously named MAC Scholar-Athlete of the Week on Sept. 21.
Hull led the offensive efforts for Miami this week with her four total goals, two per game, including the game winning goals in both contests. On top of the goals, Hull recorded eight points, seven shots, and had a .571 shot percentage. She is now the leading goal scorer for the RedHawks with 10 on the year.
Miami will face off against Ohio State this Wednesday at the Miami Field Hockey Complex at 3 p.m. in hopes of continuing its record-breaking win streak.
