LOUISVILLE, Ky. - The Miami University (2-15, 0-10) field hockey team wrapped up its regular season with a 4-0 loss at Louisville on Saturday afternoon. This marks the second straight year that the RedHawks have failed to win a single conference game.

The Cardinals scored twice in the first half, and twice more in the second half to put away the Red and White. Jen Kastelic, Joanie Frame, Pip Sanders and Desire Miller all recorded goals for Louisville, while Danielle Barr recorded an assist on the Cardinals first goal.

Janina Perna recorded her second shutout of the season in net for Louisville, while sophomore Kerri Orr (Serra, Calif.) stopped 12 UL shots in 63:36 for Miami. Senior Lisa Rodelo (Escondido, Calif.) logged her first minutes of the season, playing the final 6:24 for the RedHawks. Rodelo made three saves and allowed one goal.

The RedHawks play host to the Mid-American Conference tournament this weekend, Nov. 8-10, as all five MAC teams come to Oxford, Ohio. Miami squares off against the No. 3 seed Kent State at 2:30 p.m. on Friday.
