Fifth-Ranked Miami Dance Team to Hold Tryouts August 29-31

OXFORD, Ohio - The fifth-ranked Miami University dance team will hold their fall tryouts for the 2007-08 school year August 29-31. Tryouts are open to all incoming freshman, transfer students and current Miami students.
The RedHawks recently placed fifth and posted its highest point total (9.02) in program history at the National Dance Alliance Collegiate Dance Championship in Daytona Beach. Competing in Dance Division 1A, Miami finished fifth in a field of 21 teams and placed in front of seven teams from BCS conferences, including in-state rival Ohio State.

Wednesday August 29th - Millett Hall Sub Gym (5-9PM)
Thursday August 30th - Millett Hall Sub Gym (5-8PM)
Friday August 31st - Millett Hall Sub Gym (Starting at 5PM)
- Tryouts are open to all incoming freshmen, transfer students, and current Miami students
- All sessions of the tryout are mandatory.
- A tryout fee of $25 will be collected on the first day of clinics
- Tryouts are closed to the public
