- Sixth straight win overall, second straight victory over Western Michigan (25-18 all-time vs. WMU).
- Improved to 16-15 all-time in MAC Tournament, including 3-2 vs. WMU (three straight).
- Seventh win this season after trailing at halftime (7-8).
- Improve to 15-1 this season when scoring more than 70 points.
- Kim Lancaster's 20 points mark the third time this season she has reached the 20-point plateau.
- Heather Cusick (20 pts.) reaches the 20-point mark for the 12th time this season and scores double figures for the 27th time in 29 games.
- Jana Butler (12 pts.) scores in double figures for 13th time this season.
