Cristal Randolph Position: Director of Women's Basketball Operations Experience: First Season

Cristal Randolph is a new addition to the Red and White this year. She has been hired to be Miami's first Director of Basketball Operations.

Randolph played four years for Florida Atlantic (2003-07), appearing in 114 games, while starting 33. She helped lead the Owls to the NCAA Tournament as a junior in 2006 and became a regular starter her senior year, averaging 7.4 points per game. After graduating, Randolph spent a year at FAU as an admission coordinator, responsible for recruiting students to attend the university. She moves on to the RedHawks program as she looks to begin a coaching career.

Randolph graduated from Florida Atlantic in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in public communications.
