2008-09: Cross Country -- Competed in all seven races, scoring in six of them ... crossed the line in 20th at the MAC Championships in 25:17.3 (fifth on the team) ... recorded a season-best 8K time of 25:08.9 at the Pre-NCAA Invitational ... ran to an 82nd place finish at the NCAA Great Lakes Regional (10K) in 33:19 ... had a season-best finish of fifth at the Great American Legends Invitational in 26:17 (third on the team). Track and Field -- Ran a personal-best time of 3:56.43 in the 1,500 meters at the Stan Lyons Invitational to finish in eighth place ... also set a personal best in the 5,000 meters with a time of 14:57.40 at the Southern Ohio Cup to claim third place ... finished 10th in the 1,500 meters at the MAC Championships in a time of 4:00.39 ... ran the 3,000 meters in 8:53.83 at the South Florida Quad to take second place, the second-best time by a RedHawk during the season.
2007-08: Cross Country -- Competed in all six of Miami's races ... clocked in third on the team and third overall at the Great American Legends Race at Purdue University with a time of 26:03.00 ... placed seventh at the George Mason Invitational in 25:51.06 ... finished third on the team and eighth overall at the MAC Championship with a time of 25:16.5 ... placed third on the team and 115th overall at the Pre-NCAA Invitational ... turned in season-best 8K time at the Pre-NCAA Invitational (24:46). Track and Field -- Registered a season-best time in the 5,000 meters at the Stan Lyon Invitational (15:14.93) ... Competed in the 1,500 meters at the MAC Championships, finishing 10th ... ran a season-best time of 4:09.35 in the 1,500 meter qualifying heats at the MAC Championships.
2006-07: Cross Country -- MAC Runner of the Week (Sept. 5) ... one of three Miamians honored as the conference runner of the week ... competed in all seven of Miami's races, placing in the scoring five six times ... earned MAC Runner of the Week honors after finishing second at the season-opening Flyer 5K Challenge ... also placed second at the Miami Invitational ... finished sixth on the team and 37th overall at the MAC Championship ... turned in season-best 8K time at the Miami Invitational (25:29). Track and Field -- Did not compete.
2005-06: Cross Country -- Competed in all six of Miami's races ... placed among the scoring five in all six races ... placed fourth on the team in the season's first two races before being the third Miami finisher in the final four meets ... had three top-20 overall finishes at the Dayton Flyer 5K Challenge (7th; Sept. 3), Miami Invitational (11th; Sept. 11) and the MAC Championship (19th; Oct. 29) ... ran top 8K time of the season (25:27) at the Pre-NCAA meet (Oct. 15) ... turned in top 10K time of the season (33:14) at the Great Lakes Regional (Nov. 12) ... finished third on the team and 19th overall at the MAC Championship (25:47). Track and Field -- Ran in a variety of distance events ranging from 1,500 meters to 10,000 meters ... at the MAC Championships, finished 14th in the 10,000 meters with a time of 32:36.00 ... turned in top 3,000-meter time (8:48.60) at the season-opening Wake Forest Invitational ... added a pair of season-best times in the 1,500 meters (4:01.04) at the Indy Relays and the 5,000 meters (15:01.02) at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational.
High School: Finished 13th in the Indiana cross country meet in 2003 and 2004 where there is one class for all schools ... was named to the Indiana Cross Country All-Star Team in 2004 ... placed seventh in the state finals in the 1600m in 2005 ... finished ninth in the 1600m at the state finals ... highly decorated runner with multiple all-conference, all-county and all-state honors ... four-year letterwinner in both cross country and track and field ... also captained both teams for two seasons ... ran top times in the 800m (1:59), 1600m (4:17), 3200m (9:36) and 5K (15:36).
