2009-10: Cross Country -- Academic All-MAC ... MAC Runner of the Week (10/6) ... Competed in all six races, scoring in each, while taking Miami's top spot in the first four races of the year ... tied a career-best finish as the overall runner-up at the Loyola Lakefront Invitational (Oct. 3) in a Miami season-best 8K time of 24:51, leading Miami to the meet title as Miami's top finisher ... was fifth on the team and 24th overall at the MAC Championship (26:51.3) ... placed third on the team and 90th overall at the Great Lakes Regional (33:23.62) ... at season-opening Dayton 5K was Miami's top finisher and fourth overall in 15:12 ... was also Miami's first finisher at the Iona Meet of Champions (20th overall) and at Pre-Nationals (95th overall in 25:06.5).
2008-09: Cross Country -- First-Team All-MAC ... All-MAC Academic Team ... Ran all seven races, placing second on the team in every race but league championships (first) ... was the overall runner-up at the MAC Championships in 24:36.6 ... ran a career-best 8K time of 24:34.9 at the NCAA Pre-National Meet, placing 62nd ... Placed 33rd at the Great Lakes Regional Championship with a 10K time of 32:16 ... finished second at the Great American Legends Meet, third at the Dayton 5K Invitational and fourth at the Tennessee Invitational. Track and Field -- Honorable mention Academic All-MAC ... only competed in the 5,000 meters, finishing ninth at the MAC Championships in a season-best time of 14:53.32 ... was the second-best performer in the 5,000m for the RedHawks during the season ... also ran the 5,000m at the Jesse Owens Invitational and the All-Ohio Championships, claiming fourth place at the All-Ohio meet.
2007-08: Cross Country -- Competed in all six of Miami's races ... clocked in second on the team and second overall at the Great American Legends Race at Purdue University ... finished fourth on the team and 15th overall at the MAC Championship ... tied for third with fellow RedHawk Michael Veatch at the Dayton Flyer 5K Challenge ... placed eleventh at the George Mason Invitational ... turned in season-best 8K time at the Pre-NCAA Invitational (25:03). Track and Field -- All-MAC Academic Team ... Crossed the line in fifth place in the 5,000 meters at the MAC Championships ... clocked in with a career-best 5,000 meters time of 14:38.96 at the All-Ohio Championships, good enough for second place ... ran a season-best 1,500 meters time of 3:57.63 at the Stan Lyon Invitational, finishing fourth ... was second in the 5,000 meters at the Southern Ohio Cup and third in the 1,500 meters at the Miami Team Challenge.
2006-07: Cross Country -- Competed in all seven of Miami's races ... finished in the scoring five at all seven races, placing third on the team six times ... posted a pair of top-four overall finishes to open the season at the Flyer 5K Challenge and Miami Invitational ... placed third on the team and 30th overall at the MAC Championship ... was one of three Miamians to place in the top 30 at the conference meet ... turned in season-best 8K time at the Pre-NCAA Invitational (25:29). Track and Field -- All-MAC Academic Team ... ran in the 1,500 meters at the MAC Championships, finishing 11th in the preliminaries (4:02.47) ... ran career-best times in three distance events during the 2007 season ... clocked in with career-best time in the 1,500 meters (3:54.81) at the Billy Hayes Invitational ... ran career-best time in the 3,000 meters (8:33.38) at the Wake Forest Open ... posted career-best time in the 5,000 meters (15:10.52) at Miami Invitational ... one of a league-high seven Miamians named to the All-MAC Academic team.

Track and Field -- Competed in a variety of distance events, running the 1,500 meters, 3,000 meters, 5,000 meters and 10,000 meters during the season ... at the MAC Championships, finished 13th in the 10,000 meters with a time of 32:20.79 ... notched season-best time in the 1,500 meters (4:01.03) at the Southern Ohio Cup ... clocked in with season-best time in the 3,000 meters (8:41.69) at the Billy Hayes Invitational ... ran top time of the year in the 5,000 meters (15:13.97) at the Miami Invitational.
