2009-10: Cross Country -- Ran in all six races for the RedHawks, scoring once for Miami at the Iona Meet of Champions, finishing fourth on the team and 40th overall ... finished 28th at the MAC Championship in 26:55.6, which was sixth on the team ... placed 124th at the Great Lakes Regional (34:06.95) ... ran top 8K time of the year at Pre-Nationals in 25:49.7, placing sixth on the team and 149th overall ... finished 18th at the season-opening Dayton 5K in a personal-best 15:36. Track and Field -- Placed 10th in the MAC Championships in the 10,000m run in a season-best 31:55:74 ... was seventh in the 10K at the All-Ohio Championships ... recorded a season-best 1,500m run of 4:05.96 at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational ... finished sixth in the 3,000m at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational in a season-best time of 8:55:48 ... clocked a season-best 5,000m of 15:07:88 at the Jesse Owens Track Classic.

2008-09: Cross Country -- Competed in all seven races, scoring in four ... ran a personal-best 8K time of 25:05.2 at Pre-Nationals Oct. 18, finishing third on the team ... finished 16th overall and seventh on the team in the Dayton 5K Aug. 30 in 15:54 ... claimed 26th at the MAC Championship in 25:33.8 and was the first freshman to cross the finish line ... took seventh overall at the Great American Legends Invitational Sep. 5 in 26.19.48 ... was sixth on the team at Regionals (10K) in 33:27.1 (85th overall). Track and Field -- Did not compete.

2007-08: Cross Country -- Competed in three of Miami's six races before being injured and redshirting the season ... clocked in fourth on the team and fourth overall at the Great American Legends Race at Purdue University ... came in 23rd at the Dayton Flyer 5K Challenge ... turned in season-best 8K time at the Great American Legends Race at Purdue University (26:04). Track and Field -- Turned in a career-best 5,000 meter time of 15:13.26 at the Jesse Owens Track Classic ... took 10th place in the 10,000 meters at the MAC Championships with a time of 32:50.79 ... recorded season-best time in the 3,000 meters (8:52.47) and 5,000 meters (15:37.05) during the indoor season.
