KENT, Ohio - Junior Michael Watts (Randolph, N.J./Randolph) and freshman Tyler Chronister (Medina, Ohio/Highland) represented Miami men's track and field on the second and final day of the Kent State Golden Flash Gala on Saturday afternoon. The duo combined to compete in five events following Miami's three pentathletes on Friday afternoon. The meet was a non-team scored event.

Chronister finished 13th in the long jump, leaping 20-7 1/4, and followed it up with an eighth-place finish in the triple jump, leaping 39-5 1/4. His final event of the day was a 29th-place finish in the 60-meter dash, finishing the sprint in 7.42 seconds.

Watts sprinted in the 60-meter dash, taking 17th in 7.27 seconds, and finished 16th in the 200-meter dash in 22.94 seconds.
