LEXINGTON, Ky. - The Miami University men's track and field team competed at the Rod McCravy Memorial Track and Field Meet at the University of Kentucky on Friday and Saturday, coming away with several impressive performances.

On Saturday, Kevin Dwyer and Alexander Boiwka tied for 15th in the pole vault at 14-7 ¼. Josh Rees, a freshman, took 11th in the long jump with a leap of 22-7.

On Friday night, Dwyer and David Serrano finished third and fourth in the high jump, as Dwyer cleared 6-6 ¼ and Serrano jumped 6-4 ¼.

Dan Beach took 12th in the weight throw with a heave of 52-9 ¼. Matt Losi, a freshman, was 10th in the triple jump at 43-0 ¼.

Miami next competes at the Hoosier Hills Invitational in Bloomington, Ind., on Feb. 15.
