2010-11: Set a personal best in the 400m dash with a time of 50.60 at the Indiana Polytan Invitational, placing 15th ... ran in the 4x400m relay at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational and helped Miami earn fourth place in 3:21.99 ... placed eighth in the 400m dash at the All-Ohio Championships (51.57) ... helped the RedHawks earn second place at the Cedarville Collegiate Invitational (indoors) in the 4x400m relay in 3:29.58 ... clocked an indoor 400m season-best time of 52.82 at the Cedarville Invite, crossing in fifth.

2009-10: Ran in only one outdoor meet, running on Miami's 4x400m relay team that took first at the Vanderbilt Black & Gold Invitational in 3:22.20 ... indoors, ran a season-best 400m time of 51.66 at the All-Ohio Indoor Championships, placing sixth, while also clocking 23.45 in the 200m dash at the meet, good for 11th place ... at the Findlay Classic, helped Miami take third in the 4x400m relay in 3:26.77 and clocked 52.89 in the 400m dash, crossing in 16th.

High School: Earned four varsity letters in track and field at Madison HS under coach Aaron Grant ... top 200m time was 22.08 and top 400m time was 48.34 ... earned All-Ohio honors as a senior ... won the Southwestern Buckeye League title in the 400m as a sophomore, junior and senior while becoming the district champ and regional runner-up in the event as a senior ... also played center on the basketball team for four years.
