2004-05: Cross Country -- Did not compete during the cross country season ... Track and Field -- After running in two 3K races indoors, competed in the 3K, 5K, 10K and steeplechase outdoors ... career-best time in the 3K came at Indiana's Billy Hayes Invitational, where he finished eighth in 8:51.09 ... top place finish in any event was third in the 5K at UC Irvine (15:26.87) ... at the MAC Championships, placed 16th in the 10K in 34:29.82.

2003-04: Competed in the 3000 meters in two meets, at Indiana and Ohio State, during the indoor schedule with a top time and finish of seventh, 8:57.43 at Ohio State.

High School: As a senior, helped cross country team to an undefeated season, winning state, semi-state, regional, sectional and midwest meet championships ... team finished ranked No. 3 in the nation ... his team won semi-state championship and was runner-up at the state meet as a junior ... named all-conference, all-sectional and all-region as a senior ... in track, was a state finalist in the 1600 and indoor state runner-up in the 3200 ... earned academic all-state twice, once in track and once in cross country ... high school teammate of Ryan Hutton.
