2005-06: Cross Country -- Ran in five of Miami's six races ... finished in the scoring five at the Pre-NCAA meet with a time of 26:43 (Oct. 15) ... fifth-place team finish at the Pre-NCAA meet was highest team placing of the season ... best overall finish was 16th (16:06) at the season-opening Dayton Flyer 5K Challenge (Sept. 3) ... top 8K time of the year (26:00) came at the Notre Dame Invitational (Sept. 30) ... finished eighth on the team and 52nd overall (27:05) at the MAC Championships (Oct. 29). 2004-05: Cross Country -- Competed in five meets, finishing either fifth or sixth among RedHawks at each ... top 8K time was 26:04 at Notre Dame ... finished fifth among Miamians, 24th overall, at the MAC Championships in 26:15 ... Track and Field -- Did not compete in the track and field season.
2003-04: Scored a point at his first MAC Championship since transferring from Ball State, taking eighth in the 800m ... Finished seventh in the 800m at the All-Ohio Championships ... Took fifth in the 800m at the Southern Ohio Cup ... His best indoor 800m finish was sixth place at the Rod McCravy Memorial.
Prior to Miami: Posted career-best times in 800 and mile as a sophomore at Ball State ... ran a leg on the school-record distance medley relay ... as a freshman, posted career-best times of 3:53 (1500) and 26:28 (CC).
