2005-06: Ran a leg on the 4x100 meter relay team which placed sixth at the MAC Championships with a season-best time (41.66) ... placed 11th in the long jump at the conference meet with a leap of 21-7 1/4 ... competed in both the 100 meters and long jump during the season ... ran top 100-meter time (11.04) at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational ... turned in career-best long jump distance (23-4 1/2) in runner-up finish at the season-opening Wake Forest Invitational.

2004-05: Walked on to the track and field team and began his Miami career with a second-place long-jump finish at the indoor Kentucky meet, leaping 22-8 ... top long jump on the year came outdoors at the Miami Invitational, where he finished second with a 23-2 3/4 jump ... at the MAC meet, finished sixth by jumping 23-2 1/2 ... also sprinted both indoors and outdoors.

High School: Placed 11th in Ohio at the state meet as a senior in the long jump ... named team captain as a senior ... three-year letterwinner in track and field ... top time in 100 meters was 11.8 seconds ... best distance in long jump was 21-4 ... also lettered in football for two seasons ... played in Miami Valley North/South All-Star Game as a senior in West Carrolton, Ohio.
