2010-11: Did not compete in any meets during the season.

2009-10: Competed in just one meet, the All-Ohio Championships, throwing the javelin 59.33m/194-8, which ranked him eighth in school history, while he finished third in the event.

High School: Earned three letters in football, playing tight end and linebacker ... was league's javelin champion in track, winning three letters ... also lettered in baseball.

Personal: Parents were athletes at Lehigh and his sister was an ACC champion swimmer at North Carolina ... grandfather and great-grandfather both played for the Chicago Bears ... also plays tight end on Miami's football team ... majoring in interdisciplinary business management.
