2008-09: Cross Country -- Competed in six of Miami's seven races ... clocked in with a season-best 8K time of 25:11 at the Notre Dame Invitational ... finished in 22nd place at the MAC Championships in 25:23.6 (seventh on the team)... took home 13th place in a time of 15:52 at the Dayton 5K Challenge and 13th at the Great American Legends Invitational. Track and Field -- Clocked a personal-best time of 4:00.46 in the 1,500 meters at the Southern Ohio Cup ... ran a season-best time of 9:34.60 in the 3,000m steeplechase at the MAC Championships to claim eighth place ... was the third-best performer for Miami in the steeplechase throughout the season.

Track and Field -- Ran a career-best 4:04.78 in the 1,500 meters at the Oliver Nikoloff Invitational ... recorded a fifth-place finish in the 1,500 meters at the Southern Ohio Cup ... registered a season-best 2:00.24 in the 800 meters at the Stan Lyons Invitational ... clocked in with a season-best time of 4:26.05 in the mile run during the indoor campaign.
