Final Stats

The RedHawks were unable to move from their Day Two position, as the team finished fourth in the 14th annual Miami Invitational. Miami ended the weekend scoring 1066 points, finishing 352 points behind Invitational winners, Denison University.

After taking first place in the 1-meter diving event Friday night, junior Chris Heaton took first place in the 3-meter diving event, finishing with a score of 381.15.

Senior Paul Ricard finished the 500-yard freestyle in 4:29.39, placing second in the event. Ricard, along with senior Ryan McHugh, sophomore Dave Brown and freshman John Eick made up the 400-yard freestyle relay team that finished seventh in a field of 18.

Ryan McHugh also took second place in the 100-yard freestyle event, finishing the race in :45.37.

The RedHawks have a month off before traveling to Boca Raton, Florida, for the Florida Atlantic Invitational.
