INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. - Miami's men's swimming and diving entered two relay teams and four individuals on the first day of the House of Champions Meet at IUPUI, totaling 101 points and a fifth-place standing of the eight teams.

Eastern Illinois led with 212.50 points, Western Illinois was second with 189 points, IUPUI was third with 117 and Eastern Michigan had 115 points to round out the teams ahead of Miami. Valparaiso's 93.50 points, Vincennes' 47 points and Wabash's 40 rounded out the field.

Senior Kestutis Aukstuolis (Hudson, Ohio/Sycamore), junior Brian O'Rourke (Beverly Hills, Mich./Groves) and freshmen Jess Hogg (Oxford, Ohio/Talawanda) and Sean McLaughlin (Northbrook, Ill./Loyola Academy) teamed for a fourth-place finish in the 200 Free Relay in 1:26.99, while the same foursome took seventh in the 400 Free Relay in 3:39.59.

Individually, Hogg took sixth in the 500 Free in 4:50.16, while O'Rourke was third in the 200 IM in 1:55.35, and McLaughlin and Aukstuolis both swam in the 50 Free. McLaughlin took fourth in 21.71 and Aukstuolis 14th in 22.22

The meet continues Friday and Saturday.
