2005-06: Competed in all 10 of Miami's meets, swimming in the freestyle, butterfly, and individual medley events ... at the MAC Championships, posted an "A" final finish in the 200 free (1:44.25; eighth) ... added a pair of "B" final finishes in the 200 IM (1:55.32; ninth) and the 200 fly (1:55.80; 10th) ... both "B" final times were season-best clockings ... swam in all four of the RedHawks' conference dual meets, with a high finish of second in the 200 fly against Buffalo ... matched career-best time in the 50 free (21.95) at the Miami Invitational.
2004-05: All-MAC Second Team ... scored in three events at the MAC meet, setting career-best times in all three, including the 200 free (1:42.18, 7th), 200 fly (1:53.78, 9th) and 200 IM (1:54.58, 7th) ... won two races on the year, both against Buffalo, taking the 200 free and 500 free.
2003-04: Swam with the fourth-place 200 free relay at the MAC Championships ... also scored points for Miami with a 12th-place finish in the 200 fly, 13th-place finish in the 200 free and 16th-place finish in the 200 IM ... won both the 50 and 100 free events against Xavier ... swam with the first-place 800 free relay and took second in the 400 IM at Ohio.
2002-03: Won the team's Bill Mulliken Award for Outstanding Freshman ... at the MAC Championships, placed 13th in both the 200 fly and IM ... posted a pair of first-place finishes against Valparaiso and Xavier in the 200 fly and with the 200 medley relay ... took second in the 500 free against Purdue and in the 100 free versus Ohio ... also posted a pair of third-place finishes on the season.
High School: Named first-team all-conference, all-region, and all-state during his senior year ... earned all-America honors all four years ... named MVP during junior and senior years ... went to the state tournament all four years for swimming and water polo.
Personal: Born Nov. 6, 1983 ... son of Tim and Kim O'Rourke ... exercise science and physical education major.
