After a weekend off, the RedHawks return to the ice, Saturday and Sunday, for the Ohio Hockey Classic. Miami has participated in the tournament every year since its inception in 2004. Though the game went down in the record books as a tie, Miami beat Ohio State in a shootout during the 2005 Classic to win the tournament.

The RedHawks will battle St. Cloud State in their first game of the tournament on Saturday night. Should Miami win the opening game, the team will play the winner of the Harvard/Ohio State game on Sunday. In the event of a loss, MU will play the loser of that game.
