OXFORD, Ohio -- The Miami University Athletic Department, in conjunction with Premiere College Sports together with Dodds Athletic Tours, is offering RedHawk fans the opportunity to travel and watch the hockey team in Washington, D.C. compete in the NCAA Frozen Four, April 9 and 11. A "Full Air/Land Tour" and "Land Only Tour" are available to all fans by clicking Frozen Four Tour or by calling 1-877-373-5060.

Possible student travel packages are currently being formulated.

Frozen Four Tour Overview

• Game tickets are NOT included in the Frozen Four Package. Game tickets must be obtained through the Miami Athletic Ticket Office (1-866-MUHAWKS). Only Red & White Club members are eligible for tickets, please click here for a pdf version of the qualifications. Tickets prices are $177 for an all-session ticket (three games).
• Tour Dates: April 9-12, 2009. Game Dates: April 9 and 11.
• Round-trip charter air service from Cincinnati, Ohio (CVG) to Washington, D.C. (DCA) to include in-flight beverages. Flight will leave in the early morning of April 9th and return on April 12th.
• Round-trip airport transfers by deluxe motor coach from the DCA Airport to the team designated hotel, Marriott at Metro Center.
• Luggage handling at airport and hotel.
• Three (3) nights' accommodations (check-in April 9th and check-out April 12th) at the Marriott, including all taxes and porterage. The hotel is three (3) blocks from the Verizon Center (within walking distance)
• Special Miami University 2009 NCAA Frozen Four Name Badge, Souvenir Signed Hockey puck by Rico Blasi, and luggage tags for all tour participants.
• Official Tour Hospitality Desk located in the hotel, to assist with tour and area information.

NOTE: In order for the trip to be fulfilled we will need a minimum number of people who will travel via the "Full Air/Land Tour". If the minimum is not met by Thursday, April 2nd those who have signed up for the "Full Air/Land Tour" will be offered the `Land Only Tour' or will be given a full refund.
