INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. -- The Miami RedHawks have been named the top overall seed for the NCAA Division I Ice Hockey Championship, the NCAA announced Sunday morning during a national ESPN2 telecast.

The RedHawks are also the No. 1 seed in the Midwest Regional and will face No. 4 seed Alabama-Huntsville in Fort Wayne, Ind. Saturday afternoon at 4 p.m. The game will be aired live on ESPNU.

Bemidji State, the No. 2 seed, meets No. 3 Michigan in the other semifinal game Saturday. The winners play at 8 p.m. Sunday for the regional title and a berth in the Frozen Four in Detroit, April 8-10.

The Miami Athletic Ticket Office will be open Sunday from 1 - 2 p.m. to answer any questions. Fans may also call on from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday and 8 - noon on Tuesday.
