Drafted in the fourth round of the 2007 National Hockey League (NHL) Entry Draft as the 92nd overall pick of the Anaheim Ducks.

Played in all 39 games on the season...his 160 career games are second among active players ...notched 16 points on nine goals and seven assists...tied for fifth on the team with five power-play goals...had a two-goal night on Nov. 27 against WMU scoring a short-handed and the game-winning goal ...had four multi-point games...had a season-high three-point weekend at MSU (Jan. 21-22)...notched two multi-goal games (Nov. 27 vs. WMU and Feb. 25 vs. LSSU)... finished with a rating of +2...blocked 16 shots...was whistled for 24 penalties, totaling 48 minutes.
