Saw action in 22 RedHawk games in his rookie season...recorded three points on one goal and two assists...scored his first career goal at Western Michigan on the power play (Nov. 26)...posted his first career assist against LSSU (Feb. 25)...had a rating of -2...served just two penalties for a total of four minutes.

Prior to Miami
Played for the Indiana Ice of the USHL for two seasons from 2008-10... played in 117 regular season games and 22 playoff contests over the two years... totaled 106 points with the Ice, including 49 regular-season points in 2009-10, which was second on the team... scored 50 goals as a member of the Ice, including 23 in 2009-10 (second on the team) and six in the 2010 playoffs, and handed out 56 assists during his time in Indiana... helped lead the Ice to the Clark Cup Championship in 2008-09, totaling eight points in the playoffs... netted seven game-winners, 11 power-play goals and one short-handed goal in his two years with the Ice... served as a tri-captain for the Ice in 2009-10... played one year with Green Bay in the USHL in 2007-08, scoring five goals and adding 11 assists in 56 games... selected to the USHL All-Star Game in 2008 and 2010... won Illinois state championships in 2005 and 2006 as a member of the Chicago Mission.
