Miami University Athletics wants to feature YOU, the fans, in their upcoming advertising campaign. For the first time ever, Miami fans can be the star in TV commercials. The opportunity is for all ages who would like to participate in the shooting of TV commercials - tailgating/stadium crowd shots, etc. - that will promote RedHawk football across the state of Ohio.

"We want to pack Paul Brown Stadium and Yager Stadium this year with Miami fans," said Head Football Coach Michael Haywood, "and we want to spread the word throughout Ohio with these commercials. What better sales people than RedHawk fans themselves, so that's why I'm calling on our most ardent supporters to come and help us with this Saturday's TV commercial shoot. Wear your Red Miami gear and, most of all, bring your spirit and enthusiasm. It's going to be a lot of fun."

Fans should arrive by 2 p.m. on Saturday for the festivities on the west side of Yager Stadium. It's very important that fans adhere to the theme of the day--"Make IT Red"--by wearing RED Miami gear to the shoot. Besides the production of the commercials, the day will include free food and a chance to win a VIP game day experience to a Miami Football game!

The commercial film shoot will be headed by Miami Alumnus Mike Stratta, Executive Producer of LimeGreen Entertainment Group. "With so many Miami alumni throughout Oxford and the surrounding counties, it just made sense to ask them to come out for the commercial. It's always great when you have the opportunity to include everyday fans and alumni in an actual production. We're excited about this weekend and we're all expecting great things from the coming football season!"

You could be in a TV commercial or on billboards throughout Ohio. Here's how to make it happen!
