SCOUTING REPORT: ... An all-star candidate in 2011, RedHawk coaches say that Kennedy is athletic, physical, strong, aggressive and instinctive ... the only questionmark is whether or not the injury-prone senior can remain healthy ... one of Miami's best run stoppers and pass defenders.

2010: Injuring his knee in game four at Missouri, he played very well in the first three contests, recording four tackles at Florida, 14 stops and two tackles for loss vs. Eastern Michigan, and eight tackles and 3.5 TFLs vs. Colorado State ... following several weeks of recuperation, he made it back for the MAC title game vs. Northern Illinois, accounting for five tackles and 1.5 TFLs ... in the GoDaddy.com bowl, he had three tackles and a quarterback sack ... Kennedy and his teammates ranked nationally in rushing defense (25th, 127.6 ypg), in pass efficiency defense (26th) and in total defense (28th, 338.2 ypg).

2009: Played three games before an injury sidelined him ... only totaled one tackle.

2008: Recorded 27 tackles in nine games played ... was a starter at outside linebacker alongside all-stars Joey Hudson and Clayton Mullins in the season opener vs. Vanderbilt.
