Wilberforce scored seven unanswered points off a Rawlston Charles layup, a Dwight Cass jumper and a Mike Menchaca 3-pointer. Wilberforce held three-point leads at 7-4, 9-6 and 11-8, but the RedHawks surged ahead to capture a 16-11 lead by the 11:13 mark off an 8-0 Bramos run. Sophomore forward Tyler Dierkers and junior forward Tim Pollitz each added a bucket before Wilberforce knocked down its first field goal of the half when Bailey tossed in a layup off a steal.
