2005 Appeared in and started 60 games ... named to All-MAC Second Team ... set the Miami single-season record for triples (8) and stolen bases (34) ... led the Mid-American Conference in both categories ... scored a career-high three runs in the MAC Tournament championship game versus Central Michigan (May 28) and then equaled the feat in the NCAA Tournament versus Quinnipiac (June 4) ... set single-season career highs in runs (47), hits (71), doubles (10), triples (8), RBIs (34) and stolen bases (34) ... tied a career high with three hits versus Marshall (April 1) ... had a team-best 23 multi-hit games ... ranks eighth all-time at Miami with 52 stolen bases ... only the second student-athlete in Miami history to make postseason appearances in both football and baseball in the same season (Joe Spicer - `73-74).
2004 Splitting time between the baseball team and spring football, managed to play in 46 games for the RedHawks ... second on the team with 18 stolen bases in 22 chances ... made 22 starts in the outfield and 13 at second base ... four times stole two bases in a single game ... recorded a season-best seven-game hitting streak from March 13-19, going 10-for-24 with four stolen bases and four doubles ... went 3-for-5 with two RBIs and two runs scored at Toledo (May 2), setting a career mark for hits ... hit his first career home run against Northern Illinois (May 26) in the MAC Tournament.
FOOTBALL AT MIAMI Has earned two letters as a member of the Miami football team ... is the MAC record holder for career punt return yardage and career punt return TDs (5) ... his longest punt return came against Buffalo during the 2003 season (86 yards) ... has six career touchdown receptions.
HIGH SCHOOL Lettered three years on the baseball team ... stole 33 bases, batted .381 and notched a .622 on-base percentage as a senior ... selected to the Mizuno All-Ohio Series in Columbus, Ohio during the Summer of 2002 ... two-time All-District First Team selection as well All-City League ... also lettered three years on both the football and basketball teams.
