2003 Appeared in 13 games and made nine starts for the Red and White ... in his first start of the season went 5.0 innings, allowing only two earned runs to get a 5-2 win at Georgia State (Feb. 23) ... recorded win No. 2 by throwing 5.0 innings against Indiana (April 23), allowing only three runs on six hits and three walks ... struck out a career-high seven batters in his third win of the season at Wright State (May 6).

2002 As one of Miami's midweek starters, he posted the team's lowest earned run average at 4.13 ... in his second appearance against Manhattan (March 16) he recorded a career-high three strikeouts in three innings of relief ... started against Georgia State (March 31) and received no decision after permitting five runs, three earned, in 4.1 innings ... dropped his first decision against Dayton (April 10), despite allowing only two earned runs in four innings of work ... picked up his first win when he shutout Ball State (April 14) in two innings of relief ... stumbled at Ohio State (May 8) to fall to 1-2 as the Buckeyes knocked three runs in two innings ... rebounded with best performance of the season at Wright State (May 15) by allowing three runs in 6.1 innings to even his record at 2-2.
