Made 18 appearances, all in relief... posted a 3.1 record and 3.63 ERA... tossed 34.2 innings, allowing 29 hits and 19 runs (14 earned)... struck out 24, while walking 17... won his final three decisions, beginning April 2 vs. Ball State... his longest outing covered five innings vs. Western Michigan on April 15... struck out a a career-best six, while surrending two hits... had five strikeouts in his only loss, March 19 at Morehead State... allowed only two earned runs that day... fanned three in 4.0 scoreless innings vs. Michigan State on March 9.

2010 SUMMER LEAGUE
Made 10 appearances, all in relief, for the Hamilton Joes of the Great Lakes Summer Collegiate Baseball League... helped the team to the league championship... was 1-1 with a 6.75 ERA... threw a total of 9.1 innings... struck out 10, while walking only six.

Posted a 1-1 record in 16 appearances... made two starts... had an ERA of 6.50... threw 18.0 innings, allowing 13 earned runs (15 total)... struck out nine, while walking the same number... held opponents to a .297 average.. enjoyed his best game as a RedHawk against Lehigh (3/9)... pitched a career-high 6.0 innings -- all scoreless -- to earn his first career win... allowed just one hit and one walk, while fanning three (tying his career best).

2009 SUMMER LEAGUE
Played for the Springfield Sliders in the Prospect League along with teammate Sam Dawes ... appeared in nine games, making four starts ... worked 23.2 innings and finished with a 9.13 ERA ... threw nine strikeouts.

Made 14 trips to the hill, all in relief, but received no decisions ... saw first collegiate action Feb. 27 vs. William & Mary, tossing a perfect inning ... accumulated an ERA of 6.11 in 17.2 innings of work ... both walked 10 batters and struck out 10, firing a season-high three strikeouts May 14 at Kent State ... had a stretch of 5.1 scoreless innings in five appearances from March 27 to May 1 ... threw a season-high 2.2 innings May 22 vs. Kent State at the MAC Tournament.

HIGH SCHOOL
A two-year letterwinner at Carmel High School ... was part of the No. 1 ranked high school team for the 2007 season ... had a sub-3 ERA and averaged 1.5 strikeouts per inning pitched throughout his high school career ... was named a pre-season all-area selection by Rise Magazine his senior year.
